Monday – Sept. 13, 2004

 

1200-1600 – Early registration and Help Desks open.

Free to Stroll Saratoga – Plan a drive to see some of the great attractions near by: Vermont, Lake George, Adirondack Mountains, and Horse Farms.

Dive, Dive into Saratoga: Shop, drink the mineral spring water, ride the Carousel, visit the museums, view the Victorian Mansions, or lounge at one of the outdoor cafes.  Vendors begin setting up.

 

Tuesday – Sept. 14, 2004

 

0800 – USSVI Board of Directors Meeting

1000-1700 Vendor Exhibits Open

1000-1900 – Registration and Help Desks open

1100 – USSVI Charitable Foundation meeting

1200-2300 – Hospitality Room open.

1630-1830 – Welcome Aboard Party at Congress Park

 

Thursday – Sept. 16, 2004

 

0900-2300 – Hospitality Room opens. Bar opens at noon

0900-1700 – Vendor Exhibits Open

1000-1900 – Registration and Help Desks open

1000-1600 – Memorabilia Room open

1200 – Men’s Luncheon with speaker

1200 – Ladies Luncheon with entertainment and

            remarks from SubVettes President

1330 – USSVI Charitable Foundation Film Festival

1400 – Model Submarine demonstration at Holiday Inn  

1730 – Jewish Services – as posted (Trans. provided)

    

Friday – Sept. 17, 2004

 

0730-1100 – USSVI Base Commanders breakfast

0900-2300 – Hospitality Room open.  Bar opens at noon

0900-1700 – Vendor Exhibits Open

1000-1600 – Memorabilia Room open

1200 –Testimonial luncheon honoring WWII SubVets, 

            with speaker – open to all

1200 – 50th Anniversary of Naval Nuclear Power

             luncheon with speaker

1400 – Model Submarine demonstration at Prime pool   

1400 – SubVet RVer’s meeting

1400 – USSVI Treasurers meeting

1500 – International Submariners Meeting

1500 – USSVI Membership Meeting

1600 – USSVI Chaplains Meeting

1630-1800 – US Navy Band concert

 

Saturday – Sept. 18, 2004

 

0800-1100 – USSVI Annual Business Meeting

0800-1000 – 1st Annual SubVettes Meeting

0900-2300 – Hospitality Room open. Bar opens at noon

0900-1500 – Vendor Exhibits Open – last call

1000-1500 – Registration and Help Desks open

1130 – Parade line up, all marchers and riders muster

            on North Broadway. Details will be in your        

            registration packet

1200 – Submarine Veterans Parade (starts in front of

             the Prime Hotel)

1430 – Model Submarine demonstration at Holiday Inn

1500 – USSVI Board of Directors Meeting

1600 – USSVI Charitable Foundation Meeting              

1800 – Cocktail Hour

1900 – Grand Banquet and Dance at the City Center

             (at the Prime Hotel)

2230 – Last “Liberty Launch” to other hotels leaves the

            City Center

 

Sunday – Sept. 19, 2004

 

0730 – Church Services – as posted

0800 – Farewell Breakfast

 

Sunday marks the 227th Anniversary of the Battle of Saratoga.  Many period exhibits are near the National Battlefield.
