The
Albany-Saratoga Base and the Saratoga Springs community welcome
you with a commitment that this will be the most memorable
Submarine Veterans Convention the USSVI have ever had. We don’t
want any proud submariner to miss this opportunity of a
lifetime. The 2004 Convention is going to be spectacular.
The Convention committee along with the City of Saratoga
Springs, the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau, the County
of Saratoga, and the members of the community are excited and
are working very hard to put together this event for you.
There will be something for everyone ... take a breath and read
on.
A Grand Banquet with an unforgettable Tolling of the Boats
ceremony and a renowned keynote speaker; Gourmet meals served at
the luncheons and dinners [most luncheons will have either
entertainment or a speaker]; A wide variety of trips and
excursions to interest everyone [including museums and National
Historical Landmarks], A dinner cruise on Lake George; A trip to
the New London/Groton Sub Base; and A shopping trip to the
factory outlet village.

party; a free concert by the U.S. Navy Band; A parade where all
Submarine Veterans will be the guests of honor and you will be
